Green Smoothies

Green smoothies are beyond healthy for you. It can be difficult for some to adjust to adding them in their diet but you’d be surprised how much your body starts to crave them. Some other benefits include being high in fiber, chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals. It is recommended that we eat at least five servings, if not more, of fruits and vegetables each day. If you add a green smoothie daily, it makes it easier to obtain this goal. You will feel renewed and clean. Ingredients:

  • A couple leaves fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 handful ice

Instructions:

Simply place all the ingredients in high speed blender.

Blend until smooth.

The Minty Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Couple leaves fresh mint
  • 1 scoop wheatgrass powder
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • 1–2 dates, pitted
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Instructions:

Simply place all the ingredients in high speed blender.

Blend until smooth.

The Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapples
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 orange
  • 1 scoop rice protein powder
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water/almond milk

Instructions:

Simply place all the ingredients in high speed blender.

Blend until smooth.

Creamy Green Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1–2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions:

Simply, place all the ingredients in high speed blender.

Blend until smooth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop vanilla rice protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • handful baby spinach
  • handful parsely
  • 1/2 stick celery
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
