Muesli Bites After a lot of experimenting iv finally come up with these delicious muesli bites.  You can get all ingredients from health shops. this is guilt free, raw, organic, sugar free and good for you with lots of antioxidants. INGREDIENTS (you can mix any nuts and seeds that you like,  experiment and have fun) 1/2 cup almonds 1/2 cup macadamia 1 cup rolled oats 30g sunflower seeds 30g pumpkin seeds 50g buckwheat 1/4 cup cranberries or currants 1 cup rice pops (crunchy puffed rice) 1/2 cup coconut oil (odourless, tasteless, organic) melt in sink of hot water 1/4 cup agave syrup (loving earth, raw organic)   Mix all nuts in a blender so they are crushed to your liking, not too much if you like it chunky and nutty, then add all other ingredients and blend gently together, you can adjust the coconut oil and agave syrup as you go, the coconut will set this mixture together and the agave will give it the sweetness.  Put into a lined tin with plastic wrap and set in fridge, an hour will be enough to then add your chocolate top. CHOCOLATE TOPPING 1/2 cup raw organic coconut oil 1/2 cup raw organic cacao powder (loving earth) 1/4 cup raw organic agave syrup (loving earth)   Mix all together and spread over nut mixture and set in fridge.  Cut into slices or little bite sizes when set.  Mixture will be slightly crumbly.     Share this with your friends on...
